SOUND TYPE is AAI's own Music Festival and Writers Residency that support and uplift new, experimental, courageous music from the Asian diaspora and beyond. AAI will provide a series of workshops, gatherings, and mentorships to these writers and help building a sustainable ecosystem of BIPOC musicians and writers of criticism.
